Paul Dalven has worked in the mortgage industry since 2012, beginning in mortgage marketing before expanding into loan origination in 2019. His experience spans residential mortgages, private lending, and leadership roles in marketing and business development. At First Community Mortgage, he brings that background and a straightforward, personal approach to helping clients navigate their home financing options. Originally from Orange County, CA, Paul relocated from Las Vegas to Florida with his wife, Shelbie, Son, Troy, and their 3 dogs. Having navigated a home sale and a cross-country move, he understands the excitement and challenges that come with a new chapter. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, and spending time with his family.
