$119 flat for any Florida agency route — AHCA, DOH, DCF, DBPR, APD, VECHS, schools, or any other ORI. $149 flat for an FBI background check. Both figures are all-in: the state fee, federal fee, and AHCA retention fee are already included, and nothing is added at your appointment.
